Bryan is a Partner at PAD39, Asia’s first alternative advisory firm. A former management consultant, Bryan founded PAD39 (formally known as IMIT Advisory) as a platform for growth-oriented organisations to accelerate their strategic projects using templates and detailed project methodologies. Robbie is a Manager at Pad39. Leveraging prior experience within the education and events fields, Robbie heads up Pad39’s entrepreneur initiatives, coordinating workshops, seminars, and courses. With a strong background in research and logistics including an MA from the University of Sussex, UK, Robbie’s professional focus lies in building resilient, efficient, and scalable companies.

Avi Venkatasubramanian

Avi is a lemon-tea loving growth hacker. He joined ZhenHub as VP Business Development after understanding the pains in logistics from fulfilling his crowdfunding orders. He brings knowledge in cross-border eCommerce and digital marketing, having created & run an online store as well as an online community with over 250,000 unique followers. In his experience, he has generated a 1100% return on his marketing budget through Facebook and Google Ads. He has also run several AB test campaigns, seeing open rates of over 80%, and reduction in CPC by over 30%. Currently, he works in Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships in a internet security firm.
